To Place a Heat Exchanger

  1. Select a heat exchanger from the Heat Exchangers taskbar. (Example: Heat Exchanger TEMA type BEM)
  2. Pick a point in the drawing for the exchanger, or enter the coordinates for the insertion point.
  3. Pick a mirror point for the exchanger. The Properties dialog opens.
  4. Define the Tag Number for the component, or accept the default number.
  5. In the Properties section, define the property values for the component.
  6. Press OK.
  7. Pick a point in the drawing to place the tag number annotation for the exchanger.
    Note: If you choose not to place the tag number annotation, right-click to end the command.
